NOTICE TO QUÉBEC CONSUMERS – Warranty of availability of replacement parts, repair services and related maintenance and repair information.

BMW Canada Inc. makes reasonable efforts to ensure the availability of replacement parts, repair services, and/or maintenance and repair information for its vehicles. Please note that, in accordance with section 39(3) of the Consumer Protection Act (Québec) and sections 79.18 of the Regulation respecting the application of the Consumer Protection Act, BMW Canada Inc. does not guarantee the availability of replacement parts, repair services, or maintenance and repair information for any vehicles, within the meaning of those provisions.

This exclusion does not apply to a vehicle’s data used for diagnostic, maintenance, or repair purposes.
